Why Mediate

Mediation is done over zoom in breakout rooms. Each party is given a chance to voice their side of the conflict. Only agreed upon information will be shared with the other party. The mediator will not give opinion or advice but assist each party to come up with possible options to agree on how to resolve the conflict.
